What is the return policy?

Because each item is custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted for customer errors, including incorrect sizes, colors, spellings, or design selections. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll gladly make it right.

Are any purchases final sale?

Custom orders become non-refundable once production begins, which is typically within one business day of placing your order. Due to the cost of materials and time dedicated to each project, cancellations and changes may not be possible once production has started.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and order size. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. Local pickup is available in South Ogden, Utah.

Where are your products manufactured?

All designs are professionally printed by Beehive Custom Prints in South Ogden, Utah. We use premium apparel and high-quality printing methods to ensure every order is made with care and built to last.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We proudly ship across the U.S., and local pickup is available for customers in Northern Utah.
