Frequently asked questions

What is the return policy?

Because each item is custom made, returns and exchanges are not accepted for customer errors, including incorrect sizes, colors, spellings, or design selections. Are any purchases final sale?

Custom orders become non-refundable once production begins, which is typically within one business day of placing your order. Due to the cost of materials and time dedicated to each project, cancellations and changes may not be possible once production has started.

When will I get my order?

Most orders are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and order size. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. Local pickup is available in South Ogden, Utah.
